Ship Hull Inspection

Inspection Ecosse is approved by Lloyds, Bureau Veritas and Germanischer Lloyd for Grade One, ultrasonic thickness measurement of hull structures to assess integrity and identify any corrosion.

Our skilled technicians can conduct inspections port-to-port or in dry dock to minimise disruption to sailing schedules or maintenance programmes. Following completion of the initial test, we can undertake ultrasonic, radiography and magnetic particle inspection services to ensure any subsequent repairs satisfy insurance specifications.

In addition to ultrasonic certification, all our inspection services adhere to insurance guidelines stipulated by Lloyds, Bureau Veritas, Germanischer Lloyd, American Bureau of Shipping, Det Norske Veritas and many other ships insurance companies.
